NEW CONTEST: Find the "Hidden Mickeys"!

Hidden Mickeys started out as inside jokes among the Walt Disney Imagineers. A Hidden Mickey is an image of Mickey Mouse concealed in the design of a Disney attraction. They are not only found on the rides, they can be found in the street, on a light post, on a store, etc. This week, try to find and picture as many Hidden Mickeys as you can. A prize will be awarded to the person who submits the most Hidden Mickeys!

A schedule of events (tentative) for our week in Orlando has been posted as you scroll down this page. It has been put together based upon the input we have received thus far. This schedule has not been set in stone - it is simply a map we can follow when we are in the land of the "Happiest Place on Earth". Please feel free to use this area of the blog as a starting point in discussing this schedule.......

What do YOU want to do in Orlando?

Let's start putting together a list of places that you would like to see and things that you would like to do while we are in Orlando. From this, we can put together a schedule of events. From these links, you should be able to find some neat things to do!

It's time to play....... "Where is this?"

Are you a great detective? Let's see if you can figure out where some of the places we will run across in Orlando are! Every few days, a different picture will be posted on the blog home page. All you have to do is figure out where (i.e. which park) the picture was taken! There are 4 theme parks within Walt Disney World - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom. In which of these 4 parks will you find today's picture? Click on the word "comments" below and post your answers HERE!

Oh my goodness. I cannot wait to visit Orlando! I have been waiting all year for this! Its going to be so much fun. We will have a blast. Last time I was in Orlando I was about 4 years old! Now 7 years later I am ready to ride many more roller coasters! :) Cant wait to see y'all in Disney.
